Do your students know the seven difficult types of people they have to relate to at some time or another? Most people use five approaches to restore harmony. Do your students know their styles? With the use of poetry, work sheets, role-plays and activities students will develop leadership skills; uncover their true reasons for anger; discover how we usually handle our anger (or how it handles us), and how we can learn to manage our anger by choosing a response instead of unconsciously reacting to a situation.
